  • If I can no longer make the class as planned, will I get a refund?
    Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds; however, we are more than willing to assist you in rescheduling for the next available class at no extra cost. To ensure proper workshop preparation, kindly inform us of any rescheduling requests at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Do you guarantee work in the TV/Film Industry after completing the workshop?
    We cannot guarantee work, but we will provide you with job resource tools to assist you in finding a position in the TV/Film Industry. We also guarantee that you will be well-prepared for the job once you secure a position.
  • If I make a deposit when is the balance due?
    All outstanding balances must be settled in full by the Friday before the commencement of each workshop class. Please note that we will not be able to accept payments at the workshop location.
  • What should I bring with me to the workshop?
    It is highly recommended to bring a laptop with Microsoft Excel for the workshop, as it will greatly facilitate the creation of call sheets and production reports. However, if you prefer, we can also provide paper copies. Additionally, feel free to bring a pen and notepad for taking notes during the class.
  • Should I bring my own lunch?
    Lunch will be exclusively provided for two-day workshops, and it is already included in your registration fee. If you have specific dietary requirements, kindly inform us on your registration form. For one-day workshops, we will offer light snacks, but please note that lunch will not be provided.
  • Do we have to pay for parking?
    You can enjoy free parking in the parking lot.
